IV EDITION: GREEK – TURKISH MEDIA ACADEMY FORUM
“The Role of Sports and Culture in the Greek – Turkish Relations”
Under the auspices of the Directorate of Communications of the Republic of Turkiye, and in cooperation with the Türkiye Research Foundation (TAV) and the Institute of Global Affairs (IGA), American College of Greece, the “Greek – Turkish Media Academy Forum” panels were held in 2023 in Istanbul and Athens, aiming to enhance cooperation and friendly relations between the two countries. With a similar motivation this year, a new program titled “The Role of Sports and Culture in Promoting Social Interaction in the Greek – Turkish Relations” will take place in Athens. The event will focus on the potential of sports and culture to improve social interaction between Turkiye and Greece. The program aims to foster mutual understanding and cooperation by deepening dialogue in these fields.
